How has no one else ever thought to do this!
Toasted, whole, rolled oats, fresh flower honey and perfectly roasted peanuts with a pinch of salt bringing it all to life. It hits every part of the palette that sets off the 'delicious sensors' and it hits them hard.
This is also a pre/post exercise favourite with many and ticks pretty much every nutritional box needed to either get you moving or to put you back together after you have.
Ways that we love to eat it:
Blended into smoothies
- Mixed with greek yoghurt
- Mixed with sharp fruit i.e. Apples/berries
- Straight from the jar...always
